Head of Equity Derivatives Sales for EMEA at HSBC

Véronique Sabbah has over 20 years of experience in Investment Solutions and Derivatives in Europe. Since she joined in September 2004, HSBC has significantly expanded its Equity Derivatives franchise across EMEA and has been shortlisted for the “Rising Issuer” Award by SP Intelligence Europe in 2026.

Before joining HSBC, Véronique spent 18 years at Société Générale, where she held various management roles across Europe on both the Sales and Structuring sides.

Over more than two decades, she has been a key player in the development of the derivatives markets across
EMEA, in Benelux, the UK, and France.

Véronique began her career in 2002 at Crédit Lyonnais in Paris and later moved to New York to join the Structuring team at Calyon.
