Bernard Rogier is a Managing Director and Head of EMEA Equity Structuring for Third-Distribution at Bank of America in Paris. He joined the firm in London in 2017 and has 26 years of experience in equity derivatives, structured products and exotic equity structuring. He previously held senior leadership roles including Head of Equity Structuring APAC in Hong Kong at Société Générale and Head of Equity Structuring EMEA & APAC at UBS and RBS in London.
