Anders Malm joined AG Advokat in 2021 as a partner. Anders has been working with banking & finance, capital markets and regulatory aspects within the wider financial sector during more than 25 years. He has experience from all types of assignments within his area of expertise. During his career, Anders has also worked with M&A, acquisition finance, corporate finance, general company law and litigation. The structured products practice under Anders Malm was awarded the Best Law Firm Award at the SRP Nordic Structured Products and Derivatives Conference in 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016 and 2015.
