Fulvia is an Italian lawyer with many years of experience in finance and banking depts of Italian law firms. Fulvia worked in-house in an American investment banking in London.

Fulvia joined Intesa Sanpaolo in 2016 as head of Compliance Foreign Network. Since 2022 she moved to IMI CIB Legal Advisory within IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division where she leads the legal team working on the offering documents and issuances documentation for certificates, bonds and other structured products.

She has been appointed as ACEPI Secretary General in February 2025.
