Mohamed Hemissi is Managing Director and Head of Equity Derivatives Structuring at JPMorgan in London, where he leads a team of financial engineers across London, Paris, and Mumbai. His mandate covers payoff design and structured product innovation across the full client spectrum — hedge funds, retail distributors, and pension and insurance clients — with a focus on EMEA equity-linked solutions.

Prior to JPMorgan, Mohamed spent nearly a decade at Morgan Stanley in equity structuring, and earlier held roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Natixis Assurances, and Merrill Lynch International. He began his career at Société Générale.

Mohamed holds degrees from École Polytechnique, École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, and Université de Marne-la-Vallée.
